Just when I thought I could start coasting I'm reminded (by those pesky Newsletter Editors) that I still need to provide a message from the President on a regular basis, a task made difficult this month by the demise of my computer. Don't you just love technology……NOT!

 FAREWELL from the PREZ

Well……where do I begin my last “Prez’s Sez” letter?   I would like to thank all of the members for giving me the opportunity to serve you and the Mid-Columbia Car Club.  It only seems like yesterday that my term began.  It’s been fun, a little bit of work, and I’ve had a great time these last 2 years.  It’s been my pleasure to represent the Mid-Columbia Car Club.

I don’t know about you, but I am having cruisin’ and car show withdrawals. I seem to think that I should be washing my ol’ blue truck and getting it all spiffed up for a weekend event.  Spring was cold and wet and lasted FOREVER and I was humbugging that summer would never arrive.  Summer finally arrived but seemed way too short and now all of a sudden autumn is here!  We still have a few events (Veteran’s Day Parade and Starlight Parade) to cruise in and I hope we have a large turnout for both.  Stay posted on our event calendar for time and place to meet.
